Global Pacific is pleased to announce that we now have a custom home building division. Our team is excited to add this service to our repertoire and take our game to the next level. Contact us to explore the endless possibilities!
Out latest addition to our services is hand crafted wood furniture. We are the recipients of a variety of salvaged wood from deconstructing the projects we've undertaken, and in addition, we invariably end up with left over lumber from that cannot be returned. We have begun to utilize this wood to build warm comfortable furniture for resale. We build furnishings that are not meant to be elegant but instead designed to be put to the ultimate test by raucous children and socializing adults. Calculated to be both comfortable, purposeful and ruggedly beautiful, all our furniture is lavishly stained and comes with adjustable feet to ensure they always sit perfectly level. In addition we supply a liter of the high quality stain we've applied to each piece so it can be re-applied each year to keep your piece protected against any and all the elements.

Maintenance-Wise
Homes have become more than a place to eat and sleep. They are family hubs, entertainment areas, work zones and even vacation spots. Proper maintenance is vital to maintain safety standards and retain asset valuations. A Global Pacific team member will visit your home to perform an evaluation of all the important interior and exterior items, then provide you with a report that allows you to know what needs attending to today and what should be scheduled to be dealt with in the future. This pro-active approach will help you avoid any costly surprises or a devastating loss. When we're finished, you'll know your home and love your home.
Electrical-Wise
Our electrical inspections are performed by licensed electricians who will examine the most important components of your home's system. Starting at the electrical panel and working their way through your home they will look for any problems that could harm your family or your most valuable economic asset. They'll provide you with a comprehensive but easy to understand report outlining any issues and recommending practical solutions.
Water-Wise
All our homes rely on water coursing through it's pipes, but what happens when something goes wrong? Why wait to find out? We can send a licensed plumber to your home to perform a thorough inspection and uncover tomorrows disasters today. We'll provide you with both a report outlining the problems and suggestions for solutions. Water-wise is also economically-wise as it much cheaper to repair a future problem than clean up water damaged property and then repair the problem.
Fire-Wise
Forest fires have become a way of life in British Columbia and there is little signs of that changing in the future. We might think it only happens in outer communities, but the fire in Maui shows it can also happen in cities like those around the lower mainland. Research indicates there are strategies to increase the chances that your home will survive a forest fire by making it more difficult for embers to ignite your home. We will have one of our trained inspectors examine your home's perimeter and surrounding property and provide you with a report indicating which areas need to be updated in order to make your home Fire-Wise.
